What ingredients are used in Sage & London fragrances?
We use high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients, ensuring that each fragrance is both cruelty-free and vegan. Additionally, all Sage & London fragrances are crafted in compliance with IFRA standards (International Fragrance Association), which set rigorous guidelines for safe ingredient use in perfumes and fragrance products worldwide. IFRA compliance ensures that our fragrances meet the highest standards for safety, sustainability, and environmental responsibility. Our commitment to quality and integrity means you can wear our fragrances with confidence and peace of mind.
Are Sage & London fragrances gender-inclusive?
Absolutely. Our fragrances are crafted to resonate with all identities, transcending traditional gender categories. Each scent is meant to adapt and connect with the person wearing it, making it as unique and dynamic as the wearer.
Library Membership
Is there a waitlist to join the membership?
Our membership has not yet launched. Currently, we have a free waitlist to notify you when our membership becomes available. By signing up, you'll receive instructions on how to join and secure your spot once we open. If the Library reaches full capacity, we will introduce a membership waitlist. In the meantime, sign up to stay informed and be among the first to embark on this journey with us.
Why do you offer a membership?
We offer a membership to provide those who connect with Sage & London’s vision priority access to pre-order each seasonal release before it becomes available to the general public. Our fragrances are crafted in small batches of just 1,000 bottles, and membership ensures that you never miss a chapter of our story. Designed to support your journey of self-care and mindfulness, membership offers a seamless way to pre-order each fragrance along with its accompanying sensory elements. Membership is entirely optional, giving you the flexibility to choose the path that best fits your personal journey.
How do I sign up for a membership?
To join the Sage & London Library, sign up for our pre-launch waitlist using the form at the bottom of this page. When we officially launch, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to register your account and secure your spot in the Library.
Can non-members purchase Sage & London fragrances?
Yes, non-members are welcome to purchase our fragrances! Membership is completely optional and provides priority access to pre-order each seasonal release of just 1,000 bottles, offering a seamless, curated experience. After the member pre-order period concludes, non-members can explore and purchase fragrances individually, while supplies last. Whether you choose to become a member or purchase as a non-member, Sage & London is here to inspire your journey.
What is the cost of membership?
The cost of membership is $50, which covers a 12-month period. Membership ensures priority access to pre-order each seasonal fragrance we create, intentionally crafted in small batches of just 1,000 bottles.
Is the membership fee refundable?
The $50 membership fee is non-refundable, as it grants access to the 12-month membership period and all associated benefits, including priority access to seasonal fragrance releases.
Do I need to purchase every fragrance that is released?
No, purchasing each fragrance is optional. You have priority access to purchase each fragrance during your membership period, but the decision to buy is completely up to you.
What if I join in the middle of a season?
If you join mid-season, you’ll receive priority access to purchase the upcoming seasonal release, but your membership will not cover any fragrances from prior seasons. Your 12-month period begins when you sign up.
How do I know when the next fragrance is available for pre-order?
You will receive an email with priority access notifications for each new fragrance release, allowing you to pre-order before it becomes available to the public.
Can I pause my membership?
Currently, our membership does not include a pause option. If you choose to cancel, your benefits will continue until the end of your 12-month period.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. To do so, simply log in to your account, go to your membership settings, and select the option to cancel. If you choose to cancel, your benefits will continue until the end of your 12-month period.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed at the time of signup for your $50 annual membership fee, which covers a 12-month period. Your membership will automatically renew every 12 months, and you will be billed again at that time.
For example, if you sign up on March 1, 2025, your membership will be billed on that date, and it will renew on March 1, 2026, for the next 12-month period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Currently, we offer a single membership option.
Can I gift a membership?
At this time, we do not offer a gifting option for the membership. However, you are welcome to purchase the membership for someone else using their email address, and they can begin receiving all the membership benefits.

What is a curated sensory kit, and how does it enhance my experience?
Each fragrance is accompanied by a curated sensory kit, designed to offer a multi-dimensional experience. The kit incorporates elements of taste, touch, sound, and art, enhancing your connection with the fragrance and inviting you to immerse yourself in its story. This deeply engaging journey allows you to experience the fragrance on multiple sensory levels, creating a meaningful and reflective self-care ritual.
How do I use the sensory kit?
The sensory kit invites you to engage in a personal ritual with each fragrance. With guided prompts, tasting elements, music, and other sensory pairings, the kit creates a full-bodied experience that goes beyond scent alone.
How should I store my fragrance?
Our packaging is designed to be both beautiful and practical. Each fragrance is housed in a treasured 'book'—a box that can be stored on a shelf or displayed, keeping your fragrance protected and ready for your next ritual. For optimal preservation, we recommend storing your fragrance in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat, to maintain its quality over time.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take for my fragrance to arrive?
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing may take up to 72 hours.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the continental United States only. At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within the USA only. We are working to expand our reach internationally and hope to offer shipping to additional countries in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates!
Do I have to pay for shipping?
For Members:
All orders qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
For Non-Members:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, size, and destination. Orders over $200 (excluding tax and shipping costs) qualify for free shipping.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you realize that you've ordered the wrong item, please reach out to us as soon as possible at librarian@sageandlondon.com. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once the order has been processed for shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your order’s progress. If you encounter any issues or do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us at librarian@sageandlondon.com.
What if my shipment is lost or stolen?
If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, reach out to us at librarian@sageandlondon.com. While we will do everything we can to assist, Sage & London is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
What if my package was damaged in transit?
If your package is damaged during transit, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly, as they assume liability once the product shows as delivered. However, if you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll do our best to support you and help resolve the issue. You may contact us at librarian@sageandlondon.com.
How do I update my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, just log into your account and make changes in the “Account Settings” section.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at librarian@sageandlondon.com. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once the order has been processed for shipping.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the small-batch nature of our fragrances and the customized packaging and curated sensory pairings designed for each release, all orders are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, please reach out to us. We’ll gladly assist you with a refund to ensure you're satisfied with your experience and you may contact us at librarian@sageandlondon.com.
